Bharatiya Vidya Mandir is an institution that has been conducting regular skill development and training programmes for workers, supervisors, foremen, engineers, storekeepers, and commercial and administrative personnel. It also regularly conducts “Train the Trainers” programme to help propagate technical knowledge and to assist in upgrading skills of human resources involved in civil construction and heavy engineering sector.
Bharatiya Vidya Mandir has successfully trained over 25000 skilled and unskilled workers at its training centers located in major cities and towns across the country. Training programmes organized by Bharatiya Vidya Mandir are supported by eminent educational and professional institutions such as the Construction Industry Development Council, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, and Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Odisha.
Bharatiya Vidya Mandir has begun introducing technical and industry-oriented courses delivered through this online platform. In association with Simplex Infrastructures Limited, a construction company with a diverse portfolio consisting of projects in energy & power, mining, buildings, bridges, transport sector, marine, and in real estate, Bharatiya Vidya Mandir will be publishing industry training courses and programmes for all user levels.
